Offers fast cycle times, excellent rollback, dump angles and powerful breakout for high productivity.
Return to dig and parallel lift is incorporated into the loader geometry as standard ensuring easy operation and safe accurate pallet handling.
Loader arms are constructed from flat plate resulting in high strength and good visibility to the side of attachment.
Design minimizes pivot points for low maintenance.
Integral loader quick coupler resulting in no loss of breakout force, and maximum load carrying ability.
Auxiliary hydraulic supply fitted as standard to the loader quick coupler, increases versatility of the unit.
Hydrostatic Transmission
High efficiency variable speed control
2 pre-set speed ranges. Low speed 0 - 4 mph allows for precision control while high-speed 0 - 12.5 mph can be used between sites. A 20 mph high speed option is available.
Hydrostatic drive also provides dynamic braking as the accelerator is released
Portal axles are fitted directly to the mainframe ensuring good stability and excellent ground clearance. Optional limited slip differentials are also available for arduous conditions.
Articulation
The center pivot is a substantial (five-inch diameter) steel forging allowing both articulation and oscillation movement giving a stable feel to the machine for the operator.
Heavy-duty plain bearings in the lower pivot carry the weight of the machine while articulation movement is restrained by the tapered roller bearings in the upper pivot.
Tested for half a million cycles with no defects.
Mainframe
Front chassis carries the loader unit minimizing any cables and pipework crossing the center pivot.
Well designed engine and cab mounts contribute to achieving an exceptionally low 101 db external and 73db in-cab noise level.
The engine is mounted transversely which allows an excellent rearward view from the cab and makes for a short rear overhang.
Cab and Controls
ROPS and FOPS cab offering a high level of comfort and excellent all round visibility.
Optional forward and reverse switch mounted on the joystick allows for easy and comfortable operation
Combined brake and inching pedal allows further control. The "inching" control pedal progressively disengages the transmission, allowing extra low travel seed with maximum engine speed for increased loader usage especially in sweeping applications.
